Established in 1932, Rollalong are the Pioneers of Modern Methods of Construction.
Developed a reputation for the design, manufacture and installation of high quality modular buildings.
During the 50's Rollalong developed units that travelled the globe, working for the MOD, British Antarctic survey, W.H.O, African and Middle Eastern Governments, & International oil companies.
Rollalong's modular design has not stood still over time; it is at the forefront of innovation with some of the largest multi-room modules in the industry.
In the new millennium, Rollalong have embraced Light steel framing techniques to create close tolerance engineered modules to ensure accuracy and alignment.
The design was developed to avoid disproportionate collapse, (a design fault that was highlighted at Rowan Point, when a gas explosion in a corner flat set off a chain of destruction in a concrete frame building) and also to resist the significant forces in the event of a bomb explosion (much of our work is with the MOD).

The modular building experience and knowledge at Rollalong is immense; the team specialises in managing customers' projects from the very start to handing the keys over.
The most successful and cost effective modular projects start by getting Rollalong on board at a very early stage. That way essential advice can be given at the outset, which saves time and money.

Rollalong provide a comprehensive service

Working from performance parameters, we will develop a detailed brief, working closely with the stakeholders and end clients to refine the design and develop the building form.
We prepare, submit and achieve Planning and Building Control approvals.
Our Project team manages the complete building process, including all foundations, utility connections' building installation, external envelope, and external landscaping.

Rollalong can take on the complete development; alternatively we will provide a specialist service on an element of a very large project. For instance on the Allenby Connaught PFI we provided a D&B service for the modular structure and internal completion where our client (Aspire) provided us with foundations and the external cladding through their established supply chain.
After Handover support is second to none, we have a dedicated service manager who will be you point of contact for our 12 month warranty period, call him for a same day response.
During our first year if you can find any defects, they are rectified free of charge, after that period you may wish for Rollalong to continue with ongoing support from our Maintenance service team.
Our principal customers are in the MOD, Education, Healthcare, and Residential markets.
