Client: Ministry Of Defence

Project: Provision of new relocatable modular building for families medical centre at Bordon Garrison, Hampshire

Need: A new medical facility was required for use within a tight timescale without compromising on quality and flexibility of build .

Solution: The 'Rollalong LiNX' 20-year design life relocatable modular building structure was the ideal solution to meet the key criteria set out by the client.

Overall the facility is comprised of 15no modules of 9.6m x 3.0m and 2no modules of 9.6m x 3.6m to provide the 520mē of space required. The modules were manufactured in Rollalong's quality controlled factory environment including all mechanical and electrical works prior to delivery and installation onto pre-prepared foundations. The modules were configured to provide the three single storey blocks of medical centre accommodation.

Rollalong were contracted to provide the design, manufacture, delivery and installation of the new facility. Once installation was complete, the landscaping was carried out.

Duration: The project took just 11 weeks from order placement to handover.
