Client: London Borough of Croydon

Project: Croydon Bungalows

Need: To supply four low rise accommodation buildings to provide affordable housing for future residents. The buildings needed to be supplied within a tight timeframe, to a high specification. The surrounding areas also required appropriate landscaping.

Solution: Rollalong worked in collaboration with the London Borough of Croydon to provide a complete solution from groundworks through to delivery and erection of the buildings. The surrounding area was landscaped to create a more aesthetically pleasing living environment for the residents.

The buildings were manufactured in Rollalong’s quality controlled factory, including the internal fit out and installation of all mechanical and electrical services prior to delivery to site, erection and connection to mains services.

Duration: The buildings were delivered in just under three months.
