Client: Unicorn Consultancy Services Ltd for MOD

Project: HQ Land Command

Need: Administration Building, 11 Offices, open plan reference library, plant room, toilets and reception area with hydraulic lift.

Solution: A double Storey permanent modular building with brick cladding, Decra steel tiled roof and fenestration chosen to match the existing buildings. The hipped roof has a 25 degree pitch to accentuate the building's traditional, solid appearance.

Internally the building is flush jointed giving a seamless finish to the walls. It is decorated with a vinyl matt emulsion and is carpeted throughout, providing a smart modern and comfortable working area.

Duration: The offices were handed over and were fully operational in just 25 weeks.
