Client: Kier Plant Limited

Project: Castlepoint Shopping Centre, Bournemouth – temporary site office accommodation

Need: To provide site office accommodation and welfare facilities, to service site management and operative workers, during the construction of the new shopping centre.

Solution: Rollalong provided 418m2 of temporary relocatable office accommodation finished internally to a high specification and externally finished with Kier's own corporate livery.

In addition to the office accommodation, the building incorporates a reception area and kitchen facilities. Rollalong also provided portable toilets, shower and washroom facilities.

The building was manufactured in Rollalong's quality controlled factory, including the internal fit out and installation of all mechanical and electrical services prior to delivery to site, erection and connection to mains services.

Duration: The building was installed in just 8 weeks.
