Client: Ministry of Defence

Project: 26CS Regiment, BVD Ludgershall

Need: To provide living accommodation for defence personnel that includes recreation facilities, a mess block with a kitchen, a bar and a restaurant. The facilities required the flexibility of potential relocation.

Solution: Six modular buildings were supplied, each building was designed incorporating a 40 year design life, facilitating the desired flexibility for potential future relocation. The facilities included both single living and shared occupancy accommodation, recreation facilities and a mess block with kitchen, bar and restaurant facilities.

Rollalong was specified in part through offering the most cost effective design solution.

The buildings were manufactured in Rollalong's quality controlled factory, including the internal fit out and installation of all mechanical and electrical services prior to delivery to site, erection and connection to mains services.

Duration: The project took just 6 months.
