Rollalong is committed to delivering high levels of satisfaction and embraces an organisational culture of continual improvement. In order to attain vital feedback from customers Rollalong operates an on-going customer satisfaction tracking programme.
The tracking programme enables monitoring and evaluation of customer opinions of Rollalongs performance against a series of pre-determined criteria, deemed by customers to be the most important indicators of performance. From these evaluations, reports are generated for customer use and as a source of management information to assist in the identifying areas of weakness or opportunity in performance and where appropriate implement corrective actions. Rollalong believes that the experiences of every customer are of equal
importance and as such, the tracking programme seeks to evaluate every
project or contract undertaken.
