Developments with a high level of repetition in room design, such as student and key worker accommodation, hotels and nursing homes can benefit from a volume based solution that utilises a high level of standardisation.

Usually manufactured using a steel frame, Rollalong's cellular structures can readily satisfy multi-storey applications and be easily applied to podium developments.

Sectional Structures
Where greater flexibility in space management is required in terms of mixed tenure or future conversion, a sectional structure may be more appropriate.
