We currently have two vacancies for a Business Development Manager and a Project Director.
Both candidates will be expected to work at Rollalong’s HQ Office in Wimborne, Dorset as well as travelling to client sites when required.

Business Development Manager
Experienced Business Development Manager / Sales person to increase our market share in the region with both new and existing customers.
Experience in the Education and Residential modular construction sectors is preferable.
Knowledge of construction is required to advise clients on Building Control compliance, fire performance, Planning Regulations etc…
The successful candidate must have an energetic and motivated professionalism with a desire to achieve results with a commercial and customer focus.

The Project Director will play an integral part in influencing key contracts and ensuring company planning standards and procedures are being implemented.
Experience in the offsite construction industry is essential, with an in-depth knowledge of pre-construction phase of projects, project planning, build programmes, build costs and build quality.
Excellent communication is essential to develop corporate relationships with employees, subcontractors and site workers.
The successful candidate must have a background as a Project Director, Pre-Construction Director, Operations Director or a similar relevant role to be responsible for management for the company alongside fellow Directors.
